The digital transformation strategy will be implemented at GELEX, its two sub-holdings, and the member companies within the GELEX system. This roadmap is built on the FPT Digital Kaizen methodology, ensuring specificity and ease of implementation for digital initiatives aimed at addressing challenges throughout the value chain from supply \u2013 production \u2013 distribution across the Group.\/p>\n

The digital transformation strategy at GELEX is outlined through several steps, starting from surveying and assessing the current state, developing strategies and a portfolio of digital initiatives, to creating detailed plans for transforming management and operational activities. A Digital Transformation Steering Committee will be established to lead this process, alongside specialized training programs and a communication strategy to promote a digital culture throughout the Group.\/p>\n

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguy\u1ec5n Ho\u00e0ng Long, Deputy General Director of GELEX Group, stated that GELEX is focusing on a sustainable development strategy, with the initial goal of implementing a digital transformation strategy. Once the transformation process is completed, the Group will shift its focus to growth factors through technology innovation and product development.\/p>\n

\u201cGELEX hopes to build a digital foundation and synchronize data connectivity between the Group and its member units. When data is connected seamlessly, the ability to assess, monitor, and identify issues will become rapid and accurate immediately. As a result, decisions will be made precisely, appropriately, and effectively. Once the digital foundation is established, GELEX will proceed to update and refine the governance framework as well as management processes based on the digital platform that has been implemented,\u201d emphasized Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long.\/p>\n

Representing the partner organization, Mr. Vuong Quan Ngoc, Director of FPT Digital, FPT Group, stated: \u201cFPT provides a team of experts along with optimal solutions to meet the specific needs of GELEX, supporting the Group in its digital transformation journey. FPT hopes that the initiatives and technologies it brings will create value and help GELEX advance further in this process.\u201d\/p>\n

As part of its strategy to build GELEX into the leading investment Group in Vietnam, GELEX identifies digital transformation as a core strategy to enhance governance efficiency and sustainable development.
