Since 2023, she has been actively contributing as a Board Member at Tan Hiep Phat Group, an advisory member of the Board of Directors at Phu Nhuan Jewelry (PNJ),focusing on culture and leadership development, and a Board Member at Nami Solar.\/p>\n
Currently, she is the co-founder and CEO of Newing, a consulting and leadership training firm specializing in custom-designed leadership development programs aimed at fostering organizational behavioral transformation and sustainable growth.\/p>\n
The GELEX Board of Directors (2021\u20132026 term) currently consists of five members: Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien \u2013 Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Ba Tho \u2013 Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Luong Thanh Tung \u2013 Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan \u2013 Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Dau Minh Lam \u2013 Independent member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit Committee.\/p>\n
On March 4, 2025, Mr.Nguyen Van Tuan submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors (term 2021-2026) to focus on his role as CEO of GELEX.\/p>\n
GELEX’s Board of Directors aims to attract additional independent members with extensive expertise across various professional fields, in order to clearly distinguishing the Board\u2019s supervisory role from the executive functions of the management team.\/p>\n
