As part of the GELEX Group\u2019s ongoing implementation of its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, the Risk Management Division (RMD), in collaboration with EMIC JSC, organized a focused training session on June 12. The program was designed to provide EMIC\u2019s leadership and management team with both a foundational understanding and practical tools to apply risk management across their operations.\/em>\/p>\n

The training welcomed the participation of Board members, executive leadership, and managers across departments, demonstrating EMIC\u2019s strong commitment to making risk management an integral part of strategic planning and business operations.\/p>\n

The session covered three core areas, starting from theoretical concepts and moving into practical application. Participants were first introduced to an overview of the ERM Framework, including essential components based on leading international standards, supplemented by lessons learned from GELEX\u2019s own implementation journey. Through hands-on exercises and real-world case studies, attendees were guided on applying risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and response planning methods.\/p>\n

A group simulation exercise brought together managers from different departments to jointly practice a risk management process tailored to EMIC\u2019s actual operations. Active discussions, questions, and sharing of perspectives made the training more engaging and relevant.\/p>\n

In his closing remarks, Mr. L\u00ea Anh H\u01b0\u1edfng, Deputy General Director of EMIC JSC, emphasized the value of the training and the RMD\u2019s support, noting that it had significantly enhanced the company’s management capabilities. He said, \u201cThis training delivered practical insights – not only helping our team better understand the nature and role of risk management, but also providing a solid foundation for applying it in every aspect of our operations.\u201d\/p>\n

EMIC\u2019s leadership expressed their hope that the Group will continue to organize further specialized training or share updated resources to support the gradual development of a strong, integrated risk management system aligned with sustainable growth goals.\/p>\n
