SAP S\/4HANA is an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution designed to manage all operational processes across procurement, production, sales, inventory, and accounting.\/p>\n

This restructuring project goes far beyond a technical system upgrade. It is a strategic move toward standardizing data, aligning enterprise-wide governance systems, and optimizing operations\u2014critical steps as CADIVI continues to expand its scale, market presence, and value chain.\/p>\n

Mr. H\u1ed3 Quang Nh\u00e2n, General Director of CADIVI, emphasized:\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a pivotal moment in CADIVI\u2019s transformation journey. Since 2020, we\u2019ve been operating on a foundational system that has brought clear, consistent data across the organization. As an experienced SAP implementation partner, Citek Technology JSC has successfully rolled out modules for budget management and control, bringing advanced governance standards into real-world operations.\/p>\n
