Following the successful ERM Framework training held at EMIC in June 2025, GELEX Group\u2019s Risk Management Department continued its efforts by conducting an in-depth training session on the Enterprise Risk Management Framework at Thi\u1ebft B\u1ecb \u0110i\u1ec7n Joint Stock Company (THIBIDI). The session, held on July 12, 2025, brought together members of the Executive Board and management staff from both THIBIDI and Vietnam Copper Wire Company (CFT).\/em>\/p>\n

This training is part of GELEX\u2019s broader roadmap to build and implement a unified, consistent ERM system across the Group. In this phase, the Risk Management Department is working closely with member companies through training, consultation, and the provision of guidelines, aiming to raise awareness, strengthen implementation capabilities, and encourage the practical application of ERM across operations.\/p>\n

Designed to help employees at THIBIDI and CFT understand that risk\u2014encompassing both threats and opportunities\u2014is an inherent part of daily work, the training program focused on enabling effective, real-world application of ERM. The curriculum was built around three core components: an overview of enterprise risk management, hands-on exercises, and interdepartmental coordination practices. Together, these aimed to promote a proactive and integrated risk mindset throughout the organization.\/p>\n

Participants were introduced to fundamental ERM concepts and international best practices, alongside GELEX\u2019s own implementation experience. During the practical sessions, managers from THIBIDI and CFT engaged enthusiastically in exercises and shared real-world insights on how risk management has been integrated into their daily business activities. These sessions helped management staff gain an initial grasp of key methods and tools for each step in the ERM process, laying the foundation for applying ERM consistently across their respective value chains.\/p>\n
