The Boards of Directors of Electric Measurement Equipment Joint Stock Company (EMIC) and MEE Transmission Transformer Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (MEEPOWER) have officially announced the appointment of new Chief Executive Officers.\/em>\/p>\n

Accordingly, Mr. Ph\u1ea1m Th\u1ebf Ng\u1ecdc has been appointed as CEO of EMIC, and Mr. Nguy\u1ec5n Tr\u1ecdng \u0110\u1ecbnh has been appointed as the new CEO and Legal Representative of MEEPOWER, effective from October 15.\/p>\n

Born in 1975, Mr. Ph\u1ea1m Th\u1ebf Ng\u1ecdc holds a degree in Technology Engineering – Electronics & Telecommunications and Business Administration from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. He has held various positions across GELEX Group\u2019s member companies since 2002.
\nAs CEO of MEEPOWER, Mr. Ng\u1ecdc successfully led the company through a period of transformation, achieving stable operations and strong business growth in recent years, thereby reinforcing the brand\u2019s position in the market. Notably, under his leadership, MEEPOWER has focused on research and production of three-phase 220kV – 250MVA transformers, marking a major milestone as the company officially enters the 220kV transformer market in Vietnam.\/p>\n

Mr. Ng\u1ecdc\u2019s successor at MEEPOWER, Mr. Nguy\u1ec5n Tr\u1ecdng \u0110\u1ecbnh, born in 1985, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Having been with the company for many years, Mr. \u0110\u1ecbnh has held various technical and managerial positions, demonstrating both professional competence and strong commitment. His growth within the organization reflects GELEX Group\u2019s strategy of nurturing and promoting capable internal leadership successors with proven ability to lead and inspire.\/p>\n

Previously, Mr. B\u00f9i L\u00ea Khoa, former CEO of EMIC, successfully completed his tenure with significant contributions to the company\u2019s development. EMIC\u2019s Board of Directors expresses sincere appreciation for his dedication and wishes him continued success in his new assignment within GELEX Group.\/p>\n
