On November 25, 2025, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) granted the IPO registration certificate to GELEX Infrastructure JSC.\/p>\n
Following the approved plan, the company will issue 100 million shares to the public, paving the way for its shares to be listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE).\/p>\n
If the issuance is successful, GELEX Infrastructure is expected to raise VND 2,800 billion. The proceeds will be used to increase charter capital at Titan Hai Phong Joint Stock Company, providing additional equity to implement Phase 1 of the \u201cTran Duong – Hoa Binh (Zone A) Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Development Project\u201d, and to support the company\u2019s financial restructuring activities.\/p>\n
The IPO will be conducted through a public auction on HoSE. Detailed information on the offering and auction procedures will be announced in accordance with regulations via mass media channels.\/p>\n

Founded in 2016, GELEX Infrastructure is the parent company with direct ownership in subsidiaries operating in real estate (commercial and industrial real estate), building materials, and utility infrastructure. Its portfolio includes: Viglacera Corporation – JSC (VGC, HoSE), Long Son Petrochemical Industrial Park Investment JSC (PXL, UPCoM), Song Da Clean Water Investment JSC (VCW, UPCoM), FIH (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., and Titan Hai Phong JSC. Recently, GELEX Infrastructure also acquired a 49% stake in Titan Corporation Co., Ltd. from its parent company GELEX. Titan Corporation is a joint venture with Frasers Property Vietnam, developing industrial space solutions including RBF (ready-built factories), RBW (ready-built warehouses), and BTS (build-to-suit factories\/warehouses) meeting LEED standards. The company is currently developing five projects with a total area of 100 hectares.\/p>\n
GELEX Infrastructure operates under a holding model and functions as a sub-holding within GELEX Group. Its core activities involve developing, implementing, and managing infrastructure investment projects through its subsidiaries, across industrial and commercial real estate, building materials, and utility infrastructure (electricity, water).\/p>\n
