The Board of Directors of GELEX Electric has officially announced and presented the appointment decision naming Ms. L\u00ea Vi\u1ec7t H\u00e0, Director of the Internal Audit Division and Director of the Risk Management Division of GELEX Group, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of GELEX Electric, effective November 14.\/em>\/p>\n

Ms. H\u00e0 is widely regarded as one of the Group\u2019s young and capable leaders, professionally strong, dynamic, and a key contributor to the effective implementation of GELEX Group\u2019s development strategy in recent years.\/p>\n

Speaking at the appointment ceremony, Mr. \u0110\u1eadu Minh L\u00e2m, Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of GELEX Group, reaffirmed the Group\u2019s consistent policy of developing talent and promoting internal leadership rotation to meet strategic human-resource needs for the new period. He acknowledged Ms. H\u00e0\u2019s competence and dedication in her roles leading Internal Audit and Risk Management, noting that she has always fulfilled her responsibilities with excellence.
