Ms. Vũ Tuyết Loan from GELEX’s Legal Department shared: “I am very excited to experience this new software. The interface is user-friendly, and the workflows for document approval and processing are standardized, easy to use, and noticeably time-saving. Digital signatures and fully online document circulation are extremely convenient.”/em>/p>

Throughout the training, functional Departments and Units also received many constructive contributions regarding system operation. Mr. Nguyễn Quang Trung, Director of the IT Department, emphasized: “Training across departments ensures that all employees understand the new digital workflows, thereby improving adoption, proactiveness, and consistency across GELEX. The functional teams are working closely together to standardize processes, update practical requirements, and provide feedback to refine the software, ensuring the system aligns with each unit’s operational needs. Thanks to the synchronized participation of all departments, the digital workplace system is being perfected quickly, more intuitively, and more effectively according to GELEX’s specific requirements, creating a solid foundation for GELEX’s digital transformation.”/em>/p>

According to the project plan, the E-Office Digital Workplace Software Project will be implemented from September 2025 to June 2026 at GELEX and its member companies. The project will be completed at GELEX HO and officially put into operation at the end of December 2025. Member companies across the system will then proceed with acceptance and deployment from March 2026 to June 2026./p>

/p>

The project focuses on deploying core functions such as: workflow digitization and automation; management of incoming and outgoing documents; internal communication and portal; intelligent management of projects, tasks, and schedules. As a result, all office activities will be conducted on a single unified platform, accessible anytime, anywhere with secure and transparent data./p>

The system also integrates AI to support training, meeting summarization, task assignment, and workflow creation and verification, enabling leadership to make faster and more accurate data-driven decisions. This marks an important milestone in the journey toward building a smart, streamlined, and efficient working environment, helping GELEX’s management system operate with greater flexibility and modernity./p>
