The central highlight of the program was the sharing sessions from various departments on the GELEX Cultural Behavior Dictionary, a practical tool that translates the three core values Integrity – Synergy – Innovation into behaviors that are close to reality, easy to understand, and easy to apply in daily work.\/p>\n

Through creative formats such as videos, visuals, short performances, and presentations, teams demonstrated how each individual can bring out their own strengths, roles, and unique contributions, while remaining aligned with the Group\u2019s shared cultural direction.\/p>\n

Drawn directly from real work experiences, the discussions showed how GELEX culture is gradually being \u201ctranslated\u201d into everyday choices\u2014from decision-making and cross-unit collaboration to the way employees interact with colleagues, partners, and customers. Culture is no longer a one-way message, but a practical tool that helps people work more effectively, act more proactively, and create more sustainable value.\/p>\n
