On the morning of 14 January 2026 in Hanoi, within the framework of the GELEX Connection Project, GELEX Group and Foreign Trade University (FTU) officially signed a Cooperation Agreement, marking a partnership to jointly develop high-quality human resources.\/em>\/p>\n
Under the agreement, the cooperation aims to build an integrated ecosystem linking Education – Research – Innovation, with the objective of fully developing the capabilities of future talents and contributing to the broader development of the community and society.\/p>\n
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trong Trung, Deputy General Director of GELEX Group, emphasized that with the goal of becoming a leading investment group in Vietnam, international-standard governance thinking and integration capability are key factors. Upholding the principle that \u201ctalent is an invaluable asset,\u201d GELEX consistently regards human development as a central pillar of its long-term strategy. The shared traditions, cultural values, and spirit of innovation between GELEX and Foreign Trade University, he noted, form a solid foundation for an effective and sustainable partnership.\/p>\n
From the side of Foreign Trade University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thu Huong, President of the University, stated that the University\u2019s training programs consistently emphasize innovation and technology application as cross-cutting elements, closely linking education with career development, digital competencies, and innovative thinking. She expressed the University\u2019s desire for GELEX to accompany the implementation of this model and affirmed FTU\u2019s readiness for long-term cooperation in developing human resources for enterprises.\/p>\n
To date, the GELEX Connection Project has established cooperation with five key universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, each possessing distinct strengths in areas such as industrial technology, economics and finance, and international studies. With the ambition of creating a comprehensive and integrated ecosystem between the Group and academic institutions, the GELEX Connection Project was initiated with a 10-year implementation roadmap from 2025 to 2035.\/p>\n
This cooperation is not only aimed at attracting high-quality talent for the Group, but also reflects a broader vision and greater aspiration: to cultivate a generation of talents capable of leading Vietnam\u2019s industrial and economic transformation in a new era.\/p>\n
