The project, co-funded by GELEX and its member companies under the coordination of the Ministry of Public Security in \u0110i\u1ec7n Bi\u00ean Province, holds special significance in implementing socio-economic development policies and ensuring national defense and security in remote, deep-lying, and border areas.\/em>\/p>\n
The electrification project for Ph\u1ea3ng C\u1ee7 and H\u00e1ng Chua villages in S\u00e1ng Nh\u00e8 Commune has a total investment of over VND 17 billion. It includes more than 5 km of 35kV medium-voltage lines with 50 poles, two transformer stations, and 5.278 km of 0.4kV low-voltage lines with 88 poles. In addition, electricity meters were installed, internal wiring completed, and electrical panels and light bulbs provided to all 194 households. GELEX, together with its member companies GELEX Electric JSC and EMIC Electrical Measuring Equipment JSC, contributed more than VND 10 billion to the project.\/p>\n
Construction began on January 8 under difficult conditions, yet after only 18 days the project was completed, surpassing the planned schedule. On February 6, the inauguration ceremony was held to officially bring the national power grid to Ph\u1ea3ng C\u1ee7 and H\u00e1ng Chua villages in S\u00e1ng Nh\u00e8 Commune, \u0110i\u1ec7n Bi\u00ean Province.\/p>\n
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General V\u0169 V\u0103n \u0110\u1ea5u, Director of \u0110i\u1ec7n Bi\u00ean Provincial Police, emphasized that the completion of the project not only plays an important role in strengthening the province\u2019s power infrastructure and fulfilling the long-held aspirations of local people, but also opens new opportunities for development for the residents of the two villages and the wider S\u00e1ng Nh\u00e8 community.\/p>\n

Ph\u1ea3ng C\u1ee7 and H\u00e1ng Chua are home to nearly 200 households of the H\u2019M\u00f4ng ethnic group and are among the most disadvantaged areas of \u0110i\u1ec7n Bi\u00ean Province.\/p>\n
Th\u00e0o A Khu, head of H\u00e1ng Chua village, shared with heartfelt emotion:
\n\u201cToday our villagers are very happy, because from now on we have electric light. Electricity gives us more confidence and hope. Children can study in the evening, adults can watch television and learn better ways of farming and raising livestock. From now on, our village will gradually change, and our lives will become better day by day\u201d.\/em>\/p>\n
