As part of GELEX\u2019s broader journey to strengthen governance standards and accelerate digital transformation, the iHRP platform helps unify HR operations across the system, from standardizing employee data and streamlining management processes to optimizing centralized payroll and improving coordination among member companies.\/p>\n
Beyond operational efficiency, the project marks an important step toward a more data-driven management model at GELEX. With more accurate, transparent, and real-time information, the system provides a stronger foundation for HR decision-making and enhances overall governance capabilities across the Group.\/p>\n
Launched in Q4 2024, the project was developed with the vision of building a unified HR information and operations platform at Group scale. After more than a year of implementation, GELEX has now completed both the Phase 2 acceptance and final overall acceptance of the project in partnership with FPT Corporation.\/p>\n
The successful completion of the project across GELEX and its 13 member companies creates the foundation for long-term, effective system operation in practice, supporting more than 2,700 employees across the organization.\/p>\n
The milestone also reinforces GELEX\u2019s consistent commitment to adopting advanced management solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, optimize internal processes, and build a stronger organizational platform to support sustainable growth and long-term development through 2030.\/p>\n
