On April 28–29, 2026, 138 households in Yen My commune, Hung Yen province, received compensation and site clearance support, totaling over VND 103 billion. The payments were carried out by the project developer, Viglacera Hung Yen JSC, in coordination with local authorities, helping accelerate overall progress./p>

Prior to this, two earlier compensation phases had already been completed with strong support from local residents. To date, site clearance has been fully completed in Xuan Truc commune and is being accelerated in Yen My, with the goal of delivering cleared land to the developer as soon as possible./p>

Industrial Park No.01 spans Yen My and Xuan Truc communes and benefits from a strategic location, adjacent to Provincial Road 382B and directly connected to the Hanoi–Hai Phong Expressway – serving as a key gateway to the Northern Key Economic Region./p>

The project follows a green, smart, and sustainable development model/em>/p>

The project covers nearly 217 hectares, with a total investment of VND 2,325 billion and an operating term of 50 years. Under the approved 1/2000 master plan, it is positioned as Hung Yen’s first high-tech industrial park, built around three core pillars: green and sustainable, smart and modern, and connected and integrated./p>

Once operational, the project is expected to create tens of thousands of jobs, while contributing to local economic growth and social development./p>

The growing appeal of Viglacera’s industrial parks/strong>/p>

Hung Yen is increasingly attracting investment thanks to competitive incentives, a business-friendly environment, and strong support from local authorities. The province has been actively streamlining administrative procedures, improving transparency, shortening approval timelines, and effectively implementing a “one-stop” mechanism, making it easier for investors to enter and execute projects efficiently./p>

The presence of established developers like Viglacera Corporation not only ensures the quality of industrial park development but also strengthens investor confidence and attracts further FDI inflows./p>

Recent results reflect this momentum. Viglacera has continued to secure major international investors, including recent successes in Thai Nguyen./p>

In April 2026, POSCO Future M selected Song Cong II Industrial Park (Viglacera) to develop its first battery materials plant in Vietnam. The project spans 37 hectares, with an investment of over USD 400 million. Construction is expected to begin in the second half of 2026, with mass production targeted for 2028. The output will supply leading EV manufacturers in the United States./p>

Thai Nguyen authorities present investment and business registration certificates to POSCO Future M/em>/p>

The entry of POSCO Future M adds to a growing list of global names investing in Viglacera’s industrial parks, including Samsung, Amkor, Hyosung, Hana Micron, Foxconn, BYD, THK, and Canon. Beyond occupancy, Viglacera is taking a more proactive approach—gradually building large-scale industrial ecosystems where global manufacturers establish strategic bases and integrate directly into global supply chains./p>

With a proven track record, strong market reputation, and the backing of the GELEX ecosystem, Viglacera Hung Yen is well positioned to play a leading role in driving industrial development and attracting high-quality investment to the region./p>
