After 15 months of implementation with the support of FPT Digital, GELEX has successfully completed the \u201cDigital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap Development\u201d project. GELEX is now ready to move into the execution phase, translating its digital transformation strategy into practical initiatives to enhance governance efficiency and build a strong foundation for sustainable growth toward 2030.\/p>\n

The project is the result of a comprehensive and in-depth assessment conducted across the GELEX ecosystem. To ensure the strategy reflects business realities, the project evaluated GELEX\u2019s development strategy, current governance, operations, business and manufacturing activities, as well as the status of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems across departments and member companies.\/p>\n

Based on the assessment results, GELEX\u2019s current digital maturity score was measured at 2.23 out of 5, indicating that the Group is in the foundation-building stage of its digital transformation journey. While digitalization initiatives have been introduced, operations have not yet reached a fully integrated and data-driven level.\/p>\n

Drawing on these findings, the project completed and delivered GELEX\u2019s Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap through 2030. The strategy is aligned with the Group\u2019s business objectives while maintaining flexibility to adapt to future changes. The project also defined GELEX\u2019s digital vision: \u201cTo become a pioneering investment group that leverages digital technologies to optimize investment strategies and operate its business ecosystem on digital platforms, creating sustainable value.\u201d\/p>\n

After implementing the Digital Transformation roadmap, GELEX\u2019s digital maturity is expected to increase from 2.23 to 3.34 by 2028. Key pillars such as Strategy, Culture, and Data are expected to improve significantly, supported by the development of a strong technology foundation, standardized operations, and enhanced data utilization for management and decision-making. At the same time, GELEX aims to establish a fully integrated digital operating model, improve customer experience, and enable real-time, data-driven decision-making.\/p>\n

Comprehensive digital transformation will serve as a key enabler to strengthen governance capabilities and create new growth momentum, helping GELEX move toward its ambition of becoming Vietnam\u2019s leading digital investment group – an emblem of growth, efficiency, and sustainability.\/p>\n
