Following the success of its inaugural edition, GELEX Future Makers 2026 returned to Hanoi, reaffirming GELEX’s long-term commitment to developing its leadership team – one of the key pillars supporting the Group’s ambition to become Vietnam’s leading investment group by 2030./em>/strong>/p>

The program brought together nearly 50 senior leaders from across the GELEX ecosystem. These executives lead business units throughout the Group and play a critical role in executing strategy and driving organizational growth./p>

Now in its second year, Future Makers builds on the strong foundation established in its inaugural year with a more advanced curriculum designed around GELEX’s evolving business priorities and the growing demands placed on leaders as the Group enters its next phase of growth./p>

A defining feature of this year’s program was its customized curriculum, developed exclusively for GELEX by experts from NUS Business School (Singapore)/strong>, one of Asia’s leading business schools. Rather than relying on traditional lectures, the program emphasized interactive discussions, peer learning, and real-world business cases, encouraging participants to tackle the leadership challenges they face as they lead their organizations through growth and transformation./p>

Key topics included talent management and development, succession planning, organizational capability building, leading change, decision-making in an increasingly complex business environment, and building sustainable competitive advantage through people./p>

Through highly interactive learning experiences, the program aimed not only to introduce participants to leading management practices from around the world, but also to help them translate those insights into action – strengthening decision-making, developing high-performing teams, and improving execution across their respective businesses./p>

/p>

Opening the program, Nguyễn Văn Tuấn, Chairman of GELEX, emphasized that in an era of rapid change, an organization’s competitive advantage is increasingly determined by the quality of its people and the strength of its organizational capabilities. “At GELEX, developing our people is one of our strategic priorities. We will continue to invest in ensuring our leaders have access to the world’s most advanced management thinking, leading experts, and high-quality executive education programs. This is not only an investment in each individual, but also an investment in the long-term competitiveness of the entire Group”./em>/p>

GELEX’s leadership also expressed its expectation that every participant would be the first to learn, the first to embrace change, and the first to lead by example – continuously developing themselves, building stronger teams, and fostering a culture of learning throughout the organization./p>

Through Future Makers, GELEX aims not only to develop stronger managers, but also to cultivate a new generation of leaders with strategic vision, strong execution capabilities, and a deep commitment to developing people – leaders who will help shape GELEX’s sustainable growth journey toward 2030 and beyond./p>
