On 21 July, GELEX announced a series of leadership appointments and title changes across several corporate functions, while expanding its Executive Management Team, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its governance model and enhance operational effectiveness, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.\/em>\/strong>\/p>\n

  The addition of these functional leaders to the Executive Management Team reflects GELEX’s current governance model, strengthening cross-functional coordination, clarifying leadership roles and responsibilities, and ensuring greater alignment in governance, business execution, and the implementation of the Group’s strategic priorities.\/p>\n

  GELEX currently operates under a two-tier governance structure comprising the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team. The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the Group’s strategic direction, overseeing long-term development, and providing governance oversight. The Executive Management Team, led by Chief Executive Officer L\u00ea Tu\u1ea5n Anh, is responsible for executing the Group’s strategy, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing the decisions of the Board.\/p>\n

  Alongside the expansion of the Executive Management Team, the CEO also approved a number of title changes across several corporate functions. These changes are part of GELEX’s ongoing efforts to build a leaner, more transparent, and more effective governance model.\/p>\n
