After 15 months of implementation with the support of FPT Digital, m m88 has successfully completed the “Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap Development” project. m m88 is now ready to move into the execution phase, translating its digital transformation strategy into practical initiatives to enhance governance efficiency and build a strong foundation for sustainable growth toward 2030.

The project is the result of a comprehensive and in-depth assessment conducted across the m m88 ecosystem. To ensure the strategy reflects business realities, the project evaluated m m88’s development strategy, current governance, operations, business and manufacturing activities, as well as the status of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems across departments and member companies.

Based on the assessment results, m m88’s current digital maturity score was measured at 2.23 out of 5, indicating that the Group is in the foundation-building stage of its digital transformation journey. While digitalization initiatives have been introduced, operations have not yet reached a fully integrated and data-driven level.

Drawing on these findings, the project completed and delivered m m88’s Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap through 2030. The strategy is aligned with the Group’s business objectives while maintaining flexibility to adapt to future changes. The project also defined m m88’s digital vision: “To become a pioneering investment group that leverages digital technologies to optimize investment strategies and operate its business ecosystem on digital platforms, creating sustainable value.”

After implementing the Digital Transformation roadmap, m m88’s digital maturity is expected to increase from 2.23 to 3.34 by 2028. Key pillars such as Strategy, Culture, and Data are expected to improve significantly, supported by the development of a strong technology foundation, standardized operations, and enhanced data utilization for management and decision-making. At the same time, m m88 aims to establish a fully integrated digital operating model, improve customer experience, and enable real-time, data-driven decision-making.

Comprehensive digital transformation will serve as a key enabler to strengthen governance capabilities and create new growth momentum, helping m m88 move toward its ambition of becoming Vietnam’s leading digital investment group – an emblem of growth, efficiency, and sustainability.
