This is one of 13 key projects selected by the city to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day and in anticipation of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Delegates pressed the button to officially commence construction of the nhà cái m88 low-rise residential urban area in Hai Phong.

nhà cái m88 is the commercial name of the residential development project located at alley 226 Le Lai, Ngo Quyen Ward – Sub-project Phase 1. The project sits in one of the most prime locations of the city, on a land area of 13.62 hectares. The investor is GELEX Infrastructure Joint Stock Company, through its member company, Kim Trang Materials Import-Export Joint Stock Company.

In Phase 1, the project will deliver 280 low-rise homes, including townhouses and villas, and will mark the first introduction of Indochinese architectural style in Hai Phong. nhà cái m88 is designed to offer residents a refined lifestyle, harmoniously blending elegance with a deep connection to local cultural values.

This new high-end low-rise residential urban area developed by GELEX Infrastructure, located in the heart of Hai Phong, is the first and only project in the city to feature direct connectivity to a riverside park planned for the future, set to become a prominent landscape symbol of Hai Phong.

Mr. Ton Manh Dung, General Director of Kim Trang Materials Import-Export Joint Stock Company, delivered a speech at the ceremony.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Ton Manh Dung, General Director of Kim Trang Materials Import-Export JSC, representing the investor, expressed pride that the project is among the key works commemorating major national political milestones. He stated: “nhà cái m88 will meet the growing demand for high-end housing while stimulating surrounding commercial and service activities, enhancing real estate value and vitality in the area. The project not only improves residents’ quality of life but also contributes to local economic development through job creation and the expansion of urban services, generating positive and sustainable impacts on Hai Phong’s economy, society, and urban landscape.”

At the ceremony, the investor’s representative also committed to mobilizing all necessary resources to ensure the project stays on schedule, while fulfilling its responsibility to accompany the city in its journey toward modern, civilized, and sustainable urban development.

nhà cái m88 will be managed by Frasers Property, a Singapore headquartered multinational real estate group with professional management standards and a strong track record across residential and diversified real estate projects spanning Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe and China. In Vietnam, Frasers Property has delivered a number of landmark developments, including Q2 Thao Dien, a mixed-use residential and commercial complex, along with retail and industrial projects that have achieved sustainability certifications and high operational standards.
